ENROLMENT OF REGISTERED TRADEMARK AGENTS AS
FACILITATOR FOR START-UPS
Trademark Department in order to facilitate the registration procedure and to give relaxation in fee to the Start-ups in India have initiated a scheme and have invited applications from Trademark Agents registered across India to enroll as facilitator for such scheme.
